can anybody tell me or have a good milkshape animating tutorial beacause i built about 10 guns but i need to animate them

ok i actually now found out how the keyframes work,i imported the model,added bones.do i need to merge them with model or something else and what to move/rotate/ect. when animating?the bones or model with bones or...

well i got animated everything and everything works but why the animation doesent play when i start the game?
