Hey everyone... I'm running Windows Vista and when I tried upgrading from a fresh install to v1.07 then when i tried to compile and test a game I got an error basically saying it messed up and needed to shut down.

I found that if you download and install DirectX 9.0c aug 2007 and install it that it fixes it and runs fine. I ran dxdiag and it still reports my DX version as 10 so i dont think this causes any conflicts. In fact it might even help other DX 9 games to run better but im not sure.

Hope this helps someone!!

I think you need DX 9c for the requirements anyway. sure this is wierd with X10 but life is full with problems and we all need to update to the world

Thats not a fix as said above it says you need direct x9C so its kinda logical isnt it
