All i want is a program where it just puts every triangle onto a unique spot on the uv map, preferably sized as it is in real space.

I know this isn't the most efficient/best way to do uv maps, but i am using xNormal to generate ambient occlusion maps, and my own prog for perlin, so for "fast prototyping", all i need is for each poly to have it's own place on the uv map.

I have Milkshape and Lithunwrap. Have i overlooked an option someplace?

There would be a painstaking way to do it that I know would work with wings3d, but the logic may apply via other methods as well. Mark every edge for being cut(assuming it's triangulated), and then set each polygon to a different color(in w3d, this sets them definitely seperate), making sure that repeating colors aren't touching eachother. I know those aren't the clearest instructions, but it's the best I've got in my head right now

Blender has a light map pack creator.

Enter UV face select mode -> Press A to select all of the faces -> Press U to access the UV tools -> Select LightMap UVPack.

And you can bake Ambient Occlusion to the image inside Blender.

Have fun.
