Two questions.

Is there any multi-purchase discount this time? (had to ask)

Can we see some pictures of the contents of MP12? (or am I just missing the link)

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

There may be a discount if you buy packs 11 to 15. Will find out about this tomorrow. Will also look at getting some more screenshots available.

Some of this stuff is from gamebeep and arteria gaming, I wonder if they made these things fpsc ready, or if someone else just got the licensing rights from them?

Looking at some of the new packs I feel cheated somehow. I contacted TGC a while back with my landscape packs. They loved them, but told they weren't going to sell them through the website, because they didn't want to give the impression that FPSC can do outdoor levels. Now there are suddenly a number of outdoor packs..... strange.

What's in model pack 12? It says it contains 6 characters, which for $11.99 is a fantastic deal, but it really depends on what they look like.

They look nice, I'm going to buy a couple.

FPSC can do outdoor levels, to an extent. 16 is the only one that looks any good. Whats the point to a cowboy, WWII and sci-fi pack if the only guns that fit those themes have no hands? Plus 11-15 seem so rushed, clumped together like that.

Is the creator of 16 the same as model pack 3?
The style looks very similiar...

Anyway 16 is looking great!
And of course the others! Can make great levels out of it.

Some of these packs are from fpsc models
http://fpsc-models.com/index.html
Ive seen all these bar pack 16 at other places, so TGC are selling the products of others on their site.

So Its woth comparing the prices and packs to see if there is any difference.

Ill do a start
fpsc pack 15

this is the ruins pack from fpsc-models

TGC P15 models 17 price 4.99 GBP
fpsc-models models 20 price 12.00 GBP

so it drops 3 models and is a lot cheaper.

------------------------------------------------

Model Pack 12
45 room segments
6 character models
80 styled entities
11.99 GBP

SciFi Tech Pack
50 Room Segments plus 16 Entity Pieces
12.00 GBP
------------------------------------------------

So people go through the packs and see what what on TGC and the original sellers, and see whats best, who offerst the most items and price.

----------------------------

Also It would be good if TGC could do pictures of everything in a pack, man it bugs me when they dont do that.

16 looks good. The others seem a little tacked on, atleast from a sales perspective.

I have to agree, 11-15 are all in one place,(implying that one must buy all at once), also MP16 has a picture slider thingy, allowing for better idea of quality...Hmm...an answer seems to have crept up on me, to do with quality........

I was thinking that maybe 11-15 should be sold as pack 11 for the discounted price that was said somewhere, and pack 16 should become pack 12, although from a sales perspective, that is -again- pointless.

Yeah, you did all the best ones Excepting MP 10 and 9 which are an FPSCers dream. All we need is some Sci-fi and WWII weapon packs now! With hands to match with MP 9 and 10.

When I go to pay for Model Pack 16, it comes to $24.32 at checkout, not $19.99 as advertised on the site. Is this an error or was the ad just off?

EDIT: Still no pics of model pack 11-15 contents or discount for multi-purchase.

Best.

Thats strange. I checked this out but it came up at 19.99 for me.

An idea: try to empty browser cache. This may help. An other idea: check out the Shopping Basket. Maybe an other item in it too. Other then MP 16.

Going through the process once again, I found the problem. I did not select US Dollars on the shopping cart page. Instead, I selected it on the checkout page and for some reason got the higher price. When I selected US Dollars on the first shopping cart page, it displayed the proper $19.99 at checkout.

Thanks and best.

If we don't hear anything about a multi-purchase discount within a week, I am going to bite the bullet and buy Model Pack 12 and post screenshots here for everyone. Although the one screenshot shows very little, I'm sure it will be worth the $20. I could definitely use more sci-fi stuff.

Yeah, thats the only other one I was interested in, but I won't buy without seeing more. What I'm hearing about the remaining packs (other than 16) is not so great.

Discounts for multiple purchases is a good idea.
We already offer a discount for buying MP's with new copies of FPS creator, up to 25% discount for four model packs.
I've contacted TGC's commercial director regarding a discount for multiple purchases of model packs only. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear something.
It may have been something that was overlooked as our pack collection has been growing well of late.

Thanks to everyone thats bought MP16 so far, its much appreciated. Post your sceenshots of the entities here, I'd love to see them put to good use.
