FPSC Classic Product Chat / Stand Alone mulitplayer .exe will not run on other computer

I have a problem with the built game for multiplayer. On my pc it runs fine with no issues at all, but when i put it on another computer it just will not launch. I've searched the forums and I tried all the solutions presented but it just doesn't work. My PC specs for the working pc are: PROCESSOR -Intel pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz MEMORY- 1GB, GRAPHICS CARD- RADEON X600 256MB HYPERMEMORY
The PC that it wont work on is an ibm laptop. It's specs are: PROCESSOR - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7400 @ 2.16GHz MEMORY - 2GB
GRAPHICS CARD - ATI MOBILITY FireGL V5250. When i tried to run it it says: Error Signature - AppName:simplearena2.exe AppVer 1.0.0.0 ModName: unknown ModVer 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000
And yes, the game is on the harddrive and not a cd. Thank You

Sounds obvious, but have you tried recompiling?

Which version are you using? If you're using version 1.0 try upgrading to 1.07, or if you're at 1.07 currently, try temporarily downgrading to 1.0 just to try and get this working (upgrading back again can be done in about 2 mins )
