Blocks is a little game I made in my free time. It's very simple, players stack blocks of the same color. The more consecutive blocks you stack, the faster the blocks fall on your opponents side. The game is mixed up with several bonuses and completely customizable rules.

Bonuses:
Add 6 blocks
Remove 6 blocks
Next 4 blocks are flaming blocks
Skull block can't be stacked
Rainbow block stacks on anything
Next 4 blocks can't be flaming blocks
Bomb destroys column

I'm getting an error over a missing .dll file.

Please have mercy and use the search function.

jimpo,

very nice "final product" on this. you found the "sweet spot" re: the "challenge vs fun" balancing act. it's got a permanent home on my hard drive (and desktop) now

it was also nice watching this little gem develop via the WIP thread. big props for taking community feedback and applying it to your concept. also, congrats on "seeing it through" to the end. granted, it's a smaller program, but i'm sure there were a few hurdles to overcome throughout.

congrats and thanks for sharing!

@FredP: which .dll is missing? i don't think think it requires anything extra (i don't believe i've ever added any "extra" dll's and it works fine for me).

I like it. It's on my HD too, and probably gonna end up at my girlfriends too. She's into this kind of game, so thanks!

What .dll is it? No one so far has had this problem.

Thanks for all of the positive comments. And an extra thanks to Virtual Nomad for helping me along the way.

I don't want you to have to go through the trouble of converting. You already have enough work with your Flare Engine.

Hehe Well if you want to try yourself i suggest to download Devkit-Pro for DS libs and then Palib (Easy libary for DS games) That is really easy to start with.. Its almost like DarkGDK

cool

I'm still trying to figure out if its really difficult or if I just suck at it but either way its a great game and I love the graphics and how complete and professional and customizable everything seems

"You are in a video game, Max" funny as hell, it was the most horrible thing i could think of.
