This pack will contain different warehouse entities (different than MP3) and office entities, many of which can be seen in my game, Gone. If you have any ideas, comments, or criticisms, please post. I will be touching up this media until it is as good as possible, so please tell me anything you find that looks bad.

Looks nice, but use more light for everyone to see what you're doing!

Thanks guys.

If I didn't mention this already, the segments are included.

Also, I can see the screenshots fine on my computer. If I turn it up any more, the screenshot would look bland (which is something I'm trying to fix, I want to have the level look good without any lightmapping).

I could be wrong and please don't get upset, but doesn't the first segment down come in one of the official TGC model packs. I am pretty sure that is the same segment I use for designing my rest rooms.

Speaking of Gone, is there a way I could play it please?
Nice stuff by the way!

Hm...which version? I have the Enigma level and the entry for DarkFact's compo.

@ Everyone:

Does anyone have any ideas for stuff that I could put in this pack, or any crit for the existing models? I'm currently going over them and making the textures more detailed and messing with their UV maps.

Looks good...keep the screenies coming!

As for ideas...maybe some cabinets...with paper coming out of it.
Desks that are pretty sloppy etc..

Thanks for the kind words.

Hm...a while back, for the Enigma level, I made a bunch of different cabinets, etc, with different variations on them (with different drawers opened, different amounts of drawers). I'll clean those up a bit and make them look nice and pretty, and add those (they would be the tannish-white color cabinets, not the black ones you see above).

A couple of entities that you can't see in the office picture, but are already made are a computer monitor, a mouse, and a stapler (a computer tower and a keyboard are on the way). I have a computer tower finished and ready, but it was made by someone else for one of their packs (which I'm assuming that they stopped), so I might be able to use that one. I'll ask him.

I'd like to play any one of the levels that you'll let me. I'm just curious to how you set up the level.

Haha. You would probably just check out level design, the Enigma level is ridiculously hard, and the compo entry has no gameplay, the scripts didn't work.

I'll upload Enigma sometime in the near future, if you want.

Here we go. Spent three hours today touching up this texture, and here is the final result (the rendered screen is a bit hard to figure out, but that's because I couldn't get lightmapping working correctly in Blender).

Texture:

Lame update, I know, I'm just really proud of that texture.

Pretty nice. I should have some stuff for ya soon.

You should make it a little darker. Haha, in that screen it looks like some deformed box.

Just some minor news, for all you folks have been waiting eagerly for some.

All three of you...

I have been working on this recently, but have come to the conclusion that the light mapping in FPSC makes me want to smash my head against the table.

I'll post a screeny sometime, but I finally got around to importing the finished crate, and it looks terrible with lightmapping on.

Hey everyone, I need your opinions.

I have taken a break from game development for a while, only recently getting back into it. Since then (around the time of my last post), I have gathered a lot of reference pictures and the planned size of the pack has increased quite a bit.

I'm thinking about splitting the pack in two, into a warehouse pack and an office pack. Here is what I have done, and what is planned. Keep in mind that most of the reference pictures have been gathered, so the warehouse pack shall be done shortly (if I keep this spirit up).

Warehouse:

Entities -
- ShippingCrate_Red - Done
- ShippingCrate_Green - Done
- ShippingCrate_Blue - Done
- Crate1 - Done
- Crate2
- Metal Shelves
- PaintCan1
- PaintCan2
- Trashbag - Done
- Trashcan
- GarbageCan
- Dumpster
- RecycleBin_Red
- RecycleBin_Blue
- RecycleBin_Yellow
- Vent - Done
- CanisterA
- CanisterB
- ToolBox

Segments -
- WarehouseLow - Done
- WarehouseHigh - Done
- WarehouseHallway
- ExteriorLow
- ExteriorHigh

Office:

Entities -
- Desk
- Shelf1
- Shelf2
- CabinetBlack
- CabinetWhite
- FileCabinetBlack
- FileCabinetBlack_Open1
- FileCabinetBlack_Open2
- FileCabinetWhite
- FileCabinetWhite_Open1
- FileCabinetWhite_Open2
- FileCabinetWhite_Open3
- WallSocketWhite
- WallSocketBlack
- OfficeChair
- PaperStack
- Book1
- Book2
- Book3 (Open)
- ComputerMonitor
- ComputerTower
- Keyboard
- Mouse - Done
- Mousepad
- Pencil
- Pen
- CubiclePart
- Stapler - Done
- Divider
- DividerGlass
- Vent

Segments -
- Office - Done
- Bank - Done
- Basement
- Stairway

If I do split the pack, they will be available for less, probably $10 each. If I do not, they will be bundled together for $15 or $20.
