I won't give alway too much information just a small summary of what I'm making

This is a game starring Mario and Sonic called Dark fog it's basically based on a illusionary world that creates obstacles to stop them from finding the placed called Revor a place that a goddess named Merenda created.

The Demo I uploaded only goes ½/4 of chapter 2 and ignore the version number saying 1.00 it should say Demo but I forgot to change that.

BTW if you find a guy with the same username as my on newgrounds claming that he made this it's me.

Note:
either my eyes decive me or the game creators is giving me a blank file any ways I'll reupload it on a hosting website

Fangames are illegal... just letting you know you are taking the risk.

But still, its a risk.

Less than 12 hours before one of the many thousands of Forum Lawyers jumped up on his soap box and started preaching!

There are way too many of them on this site. No company cares enough to start legal procedings against a bedroom coder whos game is:
1) Unlikely to ever be finished (almost all games on this site)
2) Will most likely never be seen by anyone except those people on this site.

It is usually in the FPSC models and media board that you find most of the Forum Lawyers lurking but they do occasionally pop up elsewhere too.

@ ZekeGames
When you say illegal is that either:
1. Genuinely illegal to ever create a fangame.
2. Genuinely illegal to sell a fangame.
3. Against the rules of TGC to create a fangame.
4. Against the rules of TGC to sell a fangame.

The answer to that would be 1. In any case, this seems of such small scale that I doubt anyone would bother about it unless it involved paedophile hamsters, rape and ritual slaughter of the main characters.

one.

Anyways, I just wanted to make sure he understood the risk. Little projects have been shut down before... I'd not rather him find out when he's near completed his project.
