Dark GDK / Will Dark GDK free work with VC++ 2005 Professional?

I have VC++ 2005 pro and i would like to use Dark GDK but i dont want to upgrade to 2008 (too much money).

Well, it takes a some effort to make it work with the Professional versions of VS, so, it might take even more to make it work with 2005 pro. I'm sure it's possible, though. Just a matter of manually setting some things. If you know your way around VS, it shouldn't be that hard at all.

Just download and install version 2008 Express.
It is free so the money should be no problem.
From what I have heard, 2005 and 2008 can happily reside side by side on the same machine.

well I have 6.0 and 2008 on my machine and I have no problems at all...so I assume that 2005 and 2008 would also be cohesive.
