Well, I hope you're up for an epic competition...

The Rules:
Choose from one of the map designs below. Your task is to make the map chosen by you and recreate it, best as you can, in FPS Creator. NPCs are NOT required, but if you can substitute valve's models then that's good. You are allowed as many maps as required to recreate the full level as best as you can. You have until the 31st December.

Marking:
Realism /10
Loading time /10
Lag /10
Closeness to original /10
NPC /10 (Use Bond1's HL2 Zombie, model pack 1's characters for Combine etc...)
Custom Content /10

The Maps:
Trainstation (Point Insertion)
Ravenholm (We Dont Go To Ravenholm)
Prison (Nova Prospekt)
City 17 (Anticitizen One)

The judges: (Must have played Half-Life 2)
1 - Big Viking Games
2 - Deathead
3 - Matuka
4 - PIXX3D
5 - New Games

The prizes:
Big Viking Games GIANT PACK
Jonathon Hay's Music Pack
"Basic-Monkey-Skull signature/avatar" (Look at Matuka's signature)

Oh and I almost forgot... Have Fun!!!

Sign me up, I know half-life2 of the back of my hand and could travel through revenholm with a blindfold on.

I started it because it's a fun idea. Trying to lighten up the community a bit. I have already planned some more parts to this competition which I have no intention of entering. But I thought for the first part I would do something that I can enjoy aswell.

I have older games planned, like Quake, Doom, Half-Life, Duke nukem etc... And I may even put some newer ones in.

As a start for everyone, some HUDs similliar to the ones from Half Life 2. I dont know if the shape is some kind of trademark, so use at you own risk. But thay are 100% made from scratch by me.

It would of been better if it was Half life 1 as this could be a interesting recreation of levels, but HL2 will do.
