Looks realy good. I think you should make the eyes a tad taller.

Can you give a profile shot of the textured model?

The lips need more color but with the bad texture on top i surrfice that this is not finished?, merly the start

The mesh itself looks prestine and from what i an see is entierly correct, although i would steer away from the high poly version since it leaves much to be expected the face does not flow perfectly and the harshness of the features seen some what dulled by the smooth, take the mouth as a example, it has been flattened, leaving a reasonable deformation if examined, the gap bettween the upper lip and nose seems distort, too large a gap and the slight curves have been softened to a non-exsistant bump.

Moving on, the eyes seem disfigured although i cant quite place it, it may in fact just be thier texture afflicting that area or again the smoothing has produced a featureless hole.

Ears would be nice before you start further ediing the textures, it will make it look more human and in proportion.

I think i have covered most of the bases, i'll leave the rest to someone else.

Note, I have enclosed some files that might help you with the ears,
i normally would'nt let personal refernece pictures leave this computer but i feel contempt to share
