I am making a server for my clan (HG) but I cant find anyone to test it for me. I will leave the server running for about 6hr and please tell me if you are able to join it If you do this for me you may join the clan (if you want) and get admin level 10.

Server contains:
gAdmin
Login script
Jobs
lots more...

Server Info:
Name: .|[HG]Clan Server|FR+RP|CHEATS=BAN|.
Add this part to favourites!> 192.168.15.101:7777 <

All I would like you to do is join the server so I can see someone has joined within the CMD. This server will be up for about 6 hours.

Im still looking for more [HG]Clan recruits. IF you want to join the clan either:
A: email me = hacksawgames[AT]live<dot>com
B: Join me in my server, or here: 174.36.219.25:7777

My SA-MP name: [HG]GamerDude

thanks

Great, you've given us an address we can only connect to if we are on your LAN.

[edit] Oh and by the way, if you're hosting a server you should set up a static LAN IP, much better than having it change all the time when your connection breaks.

SA-MP is Grand Theft Auto San Andreas: Multiplayer Online for the PC.

Sadly, but fortunately for my free time, I don't own this game. Heard it's fun though.

Or, if you have a router offers the feature to submit dynamic ip updates to DynDNS, you can just sign up for a free domain at DynDNS.com and have your router send DynDNS your current IP

They also make software clients if your router doesn't have the feature built-in like my awesome router does

That said, I would like to point out that we have no idea if he has a static or dynamic IP, since his IP he listed is only a local one and totally irrelevant to the online world.

I never mentioned a dynamic internet IP.

Have you set up port forwarding on your router? Also, this will require that your computer has a static IP on the network, which is explained how to do here.

Nice another samp user. If you don't mind paying for professional quality servers, you should buy a server from serverffs.com They use linux servers but meh they have the biggest variety of servers to choose from and have (had) great support. I used to support there ;P

Here is a list of what i have done, but its not working :
1: Set up a static IP
2: Forwarded ports on modem and router
3: started server
4: tried to add it to favourites (with: 144.131.195.70:24124)

and it wont show my server name what have i done wrong? could it be my firewall?

Well if your computer is trying to connect to itself using its internet IP then it's not going to work as most routers don't forward such traffic. Try testing with someone else.

Thankfully, this thread is still unlocked so i dont need to make a new one.

I am able to host a server WITHOUT my router, but when my router is set up, it wont work. I can make a static IP and i can host fine, where the only working thing is SA-MP. But I cant use anything else. MSN wont work, internet wont work, etc. I have tried everything to get this fixed. I have taken the static-IP settings off my router.

thanks
