I have a problem because I create a level with sketchup but in Fpsc the model haven't got a texture.
I follow this tutorial:http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=134790&b=24

I export the model to x with fragmotion and in fpsc the model has one texture. Please help how to create a multi textured level with sketcup!

Quote: "I follow this tutorial"

When you export to .x with fragMotion you don't really follow my tutorial
like redeye said I have one entity per texture, so the more textures used, the more entities to create...
Try to follow my tutorial STEP BY STEP and it will work.

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.

O.K. back to basic game design for a second:
Q:What is a GAME LEVEL?
A:A Game Level is the sum of static geometry describing the environment your game is set. In this Game level consisting of static geometry you can now place static and dynamic entities, the latter may interact with the player or the environment.
Q:But your tutorial is completly build with entities?
A:Not entirely. 90% of the level geometry is staticentities, but the floor is mostly Segments due to well known collision issues of entities in FPSC.
Q:Well...that means?
A:If you read the tute thouroughly you come to the point where it says:
Quote: "to solve character collision issues was thatI replaced the Sketchup floors with segment floor tiles and stair segments."

following that, you'd sure be able to walk proud in your new level.

I am Jacks complete lack of surprise.
