I don't mean this in a rude way, but if you don't know how to cap and therefore uncap a frame rate then working on a mod of fpsc is probably not for you just yet. You must change "sync rate 33" to "sync rate 80" however unless you have done some major work to increase performance and/or have a really good computer it is unlikely that you would get an fps of 80 in a big level with many entities.

Hope it helps

There is a mod that can have the bloom effect. Other then that, I don't know cause I don't know DBPRO.

I can't texture. I'm not an artist.

Bloom is very very hard to implement, i would suggest if you have no idea how it works, learning darkbasic pro for a little longer, not being harsh as i have said before, it is very hard to make the simplest of mods, trust me, i would suggest trying to add in more simple effects rather than being too ambitious

I know it involves having another camera, but that's all
