Thanks Yeah but it works differently than yours, and looks a bit different in-game aswell. I have to say though, your (and hockeykid's) underwater script is awesome.

Oh, ok thanks for letting me know, I made a lot if changes to that area of code so I expect some problems. Actually now you come to mention it that would explain a few things. Anyway for all those who aren't testing I will release a demo hopefully tomorrow, I just need to make a few graphics for the demo then it will be done

Okay, well, I have decided that it may be a good idea to show non-beta testers the wonders of this mod. So i did a few tests. This is a picture of underwater. In a room 3X3, with a few static barrels, and lights:Here are the results:

Now, look at the framerate. Funny thing is, it is the same under water as it is while in.

In addition, rising opaque bubbles gently float to the surface. Where ever that may be.

Also, while under water, (thanks to Dumpus for supplying a new under-sea sound), well, as I just said, it sounds like you are underwater.

--------------------------------------------------------
This is still WIP, the bubble texture is bound to change.

EDIT: The bubbles have been changed now. They look much better,

Are the bubbles actually rendered in the engine or is it just a HUD?

The beta has a bug that occurred with the blur feature. It shouldnt be too hard to fix, and it will automatically blur when you go underwater, so the image above looks different than it will be when blur is fixed. But things are slowly getting better

Ok, beta testers you should receive a new beta soon.
Blur bug fixed, there are a few new scripts, i have removed underwater blur because it caused normal blur to fail.

i have written with Apple via MSN and got a beta version with a lot of bugs with the water:

- Reflection/Refraction Bug (Aspect and FOV)
- Not "real-time" update (looks like it does not update every frame)
- Bad Bubble image (create a own one, looks better)

well this are the bugs i found out while testing it for 5min.

i will wait for the new beta! (hope you have my email now!)

Well, if you are trying to install the one here on the forums, dont. It doesnt have much in it other than bugs, lol. But, we plan to finish the mod by late June\early July.

@dolphin lover - ok, you have reinstalled it, but make sure you have installed the official update V1.15 before attempting to use wizmod. Dont know if that helps.

Ok

@Black Heart - I read your topic...wizmod doesnt have airmod .6 because it is much harder to integrate, we tried but there were many problems, however we will try to integrate many of airmod .6's features over time.
