hey guys let me know what you think about this, it is just a little test. the .RAR includes the specular, diffuse, normal, and displacements.

is this the right board you think?

Yeh I think so, If you don't get many responses I'll move it somewhere else.

Textures look nice. Although I think you need to work on the specular map (The wall looks a little "gooey"), if you were to reduce the amount of specular, it might look a tad better!

ok, i will mess around with the specular and see what i get. kinda looks like something out of DOOM3...the wat it shines.

The spec is better, but the bricks on the bottom, middle and a little bit of upper right are sticking out too far IMO. If you wanted those bricks out that far, might as well create some geometry. I kind of have a 3 inch rule. If it's protruding more than 3 inches, create some geometry instead.

that does look pretty good, but im still new to mapping and textures, what program did you use to generate the maps, i cant see what it sys up the top??

i am rather new to it. a friend got it for free and since he uses some other program he gave it to me...it is called PixPlant.

Wow almost 200 dollars just to make normal maps? Sorry but there are programs out there that can do the same for much cheaper.

looks pretty nice though.
