I waited a little more than a week for my copy (I live in Denmark).

But as already said. You will get access to a download version within 24 hours.

This version is x9, right?
I am definitely going to buy it over the summer, and hoping to make a great game over time, I will put a copy on the forums for everyone to download when it's ready.

Thanks!

One more thing, can you also create multiplayer games, and have ragdoll effects in this version too?

Thanks

I bought FPS Creator in April for $50, and have used it a lot since then, and have finished some games. I just bought this because the model packs are worth it alone, so anyone new to FPS Creator, this is a good deal- the FPS Creator itself is almost half off, and to top it, it comes with video tutorials and well over $100 worth in extras.

Yes, this is version x9.

You can create multiplayer games, but if you want ragdoll effects you need a mod.

Hope this helped any!

somewhere earlier in this thread it talks about when u upgrade it going back to saying you have the free version of FPS Creator. Read the instructions they listed, cause it happened to me and those fixed it back.

If you get this then open the userdetails.ini file in the main FPS folder and add your name and serial number:

YourName=Name goes here
YourSerialCode=Serial number goes here
YourFullPath=C\: Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator

I bought this and I think the whole thing is awsome. I remember you guys complaining about 10-15 but they are pretty cool. Is there a difference from the download version and the box version though? I thought somewhere it said there's less media in the download and in the box it has all of it. I've been trying to find that page but I can't find it.

The full download version and the cd version are the same.

Don't mix them up with the free download version however. The free has way less media included.

Running my latest game superbly on FPSC and Project Blue Mod.

Yep. It's the full version, but idk about running out of stock. I don't think they would though. Why would they tell you one price, then charge you the other price?

Unless it ran out after you clicked order...

I just got it! I got it mainly for the model packs, since I own x10. But now I'll be able to see what all this hype about "mods" is. What is a mod anyway? (Don't answer that, I was just being sarcastic)

Seriously though, great deal. Thanks TGC.

Gah, so you're telling me I'll have to wait the shipping time with my FPSC Free? I can't switch the cd for the uprgade with the same amount of media? Well, I just got my hands on COD4 after 2 years of waiting, I got that to occupy me...

Im confused.

do the model packs ship seperately or are they included with the disk. I just got it today and i was wondering why no model packs are shown. I also get a memblock error and it shuts down. I upgraded it and now it works but Will the models arrive later?

Thanks in advance

Great Deal! Just ordered a few minutes ago.

Even if it was just FPS Creator that would be a great deal, but a bundle of model packs and the tutorial DVD? Awesome stuff, not the best model packs, but 1 and 3 are easily worth the whole deal.

Your model packs should be available as downloads from your order history.
Make sure you log in with an account using the same email that you used when placing the order.
The order history is tied to that email address, so you have to log in using it to see them.

Hi Guys,

Now you know why it was a limited offer We have less than 10 copies of the tutorial DVDs left so if you want one you only have a very small window of opportunity. The offer has now changed to exclude the tutorial DVDs, but we will drop them into the shipment until they run out. From experience I think we will have run out of them by Saturday evening so if you wanted one, the time to order was five minutes ago

Happy game creating!

Question for Lee I just bought the package and I previously got a copy thru trialpay. I was wondering if it would be ok to give the trialpay copy to my nephew.

Thanks Howard

Got mine today, after getting it in the contest. Crap, when I lived in Trinidad, it took four months to just get a letter from England, and in the states, a package came in days. Kudos TGC. Oh, and everyone says packs 1 and three are the best, but I made an entire level, and those are the only packs I DIDN'T use

Hi, I ordered the FPSC Bonanza on Oct. 26, 2009 and received the CD Rom today and that was it. There was no tutorial package, is it on the CD Rom? Is there a way to get the tutorials?

I think they ran out of the tutorials, so you would have got a Model Pack instead.

I believe the tutorials are all available on youtube.

Thraxas,

Thanks for the FPSC youtube tip. The tutorials have had a problem playing on my Vista box for some reason. Now that I have dual monitors it is ideal for finishing working through them. Bought the FPSC Bonanza when it first came out but have been distracted by the other 2 DGS Bonanza packs. Yes I bought both verstions. My latest side track has been the DBPro 2009 Addon pack and X-Quad. Cool to see I can get DBPro On-line now to put on the kids machine.

Thanks TGC!

I had been toying with purchasing FPSC for a long time - When I was told by a friend of the Bonanza Pack, I went ahead and purchased it. Granted I think I was too late for the tutorial DVD but I downloaded the Manual (by NickyDude i think) and that gives me a lot of inspiration.

I understand that older members can and will be hacked off with this pack, and I agree to a certain extent - but I look at this another way:
I purchase a car a year ago - now with the financial situation in the world and change of costs, I could get the same car, £1000 cheaper and with a free upgrade to their "deluxe" model. Yes it annoys me but that's life, that's the situation we see the world in today and businesses need to do whatever they can to stay alive.

Yes, its easy for me to say these things cause I bought the pack at the right time (cost factor that is) but what happens if other areas are developed to a point where they start giving away FPSC for free? I may be annoyed then but at the end of the day, I knew what I was purchasing at the time and I didn't and probably the company didn't know what changes they would have to make in the future.

Because of this pack I have now purchased several items by members and will purchase a lot more in the future - and hopefully progress to a point where I can offer items for free to users.
I'd like to thank The Game Creators and the authors of the packs for the great offer - you are doing a sterling job

Has anyone else been having problems getting their card verified? I've tried ordering this like 4 times and it isn't verifying my card, which is weird because I used it to buy something off of Steam right before this.

(Not entirely sure if this is the best place to post it, but I'm new here, so please forgive me)
