Oh my god, imagine this in Ghosting*...Especially if GPU Instancing was integrated...It'll be a zombie fragfest . I can't wait for this knxrb, does it include the Airmod ironsights and other gun specs?

as i recall xrmod is now xrmod/wizzmod , so is this intergrated into wizzmod? also can we have a few vids. especially of the blood, can you make them particles so that each drop is seperate and splatters like in fear 2?

Ok wow, just wow. As soon as I get payed at the end of week, this is the Mod I'm going to spend money on; decision made (no offense to any other Mod developers, who have done a fantastic job).
Flashlight, wicked! Headshots, wicked! Dual Timer System, wicked! And I'm pretty sure you had me at mutations

Hi guys, I'm adding another feature in today which will allow you to easily record your game for cutscenes and other videos
The mod will be ready for release later today.

All of the features have been made so they are as simple as possible to use, I will be including pre-written scripts for non-scripters

@ Everyone Who is thinking of buying this MOD: Please do!. I can't stress enough how the screenshots don't do this Mod justice (It's everything a Horror developer would ever need). The performance is silky smooth, and the features all work perfectly.

Mmmmmm ohhh yeah knxrb its lovely to see what hard work can do Looks great, even tho im using C++ and an engine now im sure to download the demo and give this thing a shot! Cant wait to own some zombs ...btw dont forget to make an attempt getting those ironsights and recoil in. Getting those headshots would be so much more fun.

Anyways i have some free time so if you need any help with testing,development,ideas and such lemme know. BTW i knew black was hinting at something he was doing on msn

Also you may want to change your dp on these forums to horror mod or something. In my opinion xrmod isnt cutting being there anymore

Well I've run into some problems with the testing version. I've got the latest update for FPSC and I installed the mod. I'm on a laptop with Vista by the way. I put down some random segments and weapons and zombies to play with the appearwithmutationandheadshot script you provided. I applied said script to the zombie's main fpi fields and for shoot I gave them meleeclose10.fpi. The physics were turned on and they were set to always active. I've attatched a video showing what happened. Any idea on what went wrong? (sorry but the video has no sound and I'm only getting 31 fps because of the recorder without the recorder I got +260 fps). Any help would be appreciated.

I think I may be missing something. The only scrips included are the mutate (which I can't get to work), the headshot (which only works once on each of the same enemy) and the rails (which is glitching for me). I don't see any of the compass or body armor or legs or flashlights included. And the manual doesn't do a very good job of explaining how to set these things up. Also, the "R" button won't work for reloading. This seems like it could be an amazing mod, I just can't get it to work right. Some help or an updated mod would help.

EDIT: Also, I am able to jump and then jump again before touching the ground, like a double jump.

Hmm, okay, I've fixed the reload button now.

I'll write a more detailed help file with screenshots and make demo videos of how to set stuff up

So if you can all wait a little bit I should have them done for tomorrow.

See the xrMod help for the compass.
To use the flashlight you must first enable it for your game by using the 'flashlight=X' command, see Horror Mod help file for more info.
The body armour also must be turned on, see the Horror Mod Help File for more info.

@darimc: The reason for your compass dilema is because it was removed as per suggestion of me (They shall be introduced as soon as possible). The flashlight works however (Just press F). The on rails feature works perfectly on my machine, because I spent ages ironing out bugs with this system. If you have any more issues, Please contact me or Knxrb.

I'm sorry for posting again about bugs, I don't mean to be rude, I am trying to help. But I have discovered one more bug. The shadows under certain enemies do not follow them when they move, and will remain in the spawn position when they die. I think this might only happen if spawned, I am not quite sure.

EDIT: I got the on rails working, that was my fault. And I was not aware that the compass was removed, thank you.

The headshots don't except for the first character for some reason but I'll fix it for tomorrow.

Your zombies are resizing because of an error with the script.
I've attached 2 updated mutate scripts for you to try.

Ok so tested the "Test Version" Created a simple map as shown in pic

#1 Up/Down/Left/Right arrows dont work??
#2 My enemy is stuck in one spot and wont attack me.

Frame rates was 283 Nice hehe Loads nice thoe.

Sorry for the second post is there a way to adjust the frame rates i find my gun say "uzi" goes threw the clip way to fast.

Mmmm well its an amazing mod but...

Bug Report:
-Low resolution on testmode
-Fov is at a wierd setting
-Flashlight reacts realisticlly yet the transition from lighting areas to unlighted areas is buggy especially at 0 ambience setting. (Altough the flashlight is way better than when i beta tested it for xrmod)
-when reloading if left mouse button is clicked the reload anim will re-play
-Bloodsplurts cause massive fps drops
-Most enemies arent mutating for me

Anyways continue developing HM your on a good track so far.
