At the moment all the testing is done, my testers went through tested every feature and gave me a log file, so for now no eta.

One thing I noticed with HM is that if you grab a gun when using bloom the bloom goes WILD.
Have you noticed that?

Here you all go, one test level of the fenix mod "starmind bug". I was noticing now it only effects some weapons now. These are most of the weapons from the ww2 pack with the upgraded colt 45.

@starmind: ok I've tested it (really tried to fire/reload like a mad, facing and walking in every directions, with every weapons) but the only bug I get is the repeating fire sound when I click only once and fast. So it looks like it's something with your computer.

oh yeah, I knew. but I never thought bloom was a part of horror mod. now I expect to see too much usage of it. just to excercise restraint, and show I have self control, no bloom will be used in WWC...

Actually I haven't found out yet, I fixed the 3rd bug on the list and it allowed me to test saving and loading and they crash so i'm fixing that right now.( and the looping sound bug for automatic weapons some how still happens for some so the fix for your bug should fix my other one)

So, I want to be clear-

THIS will have Fenix Mod, Horror Mod, Project Green, and Airmod, and be free.

Project Blue will be something you pay for, and will have the former Ply's mod and Airmod.

Or does Project Blue also have Fenix Mod, Horror Mod, and Project green, but you need to pay for it?

Because one ultimate mod would be cooltastic.

Fenix mod will contain Project Green, Horror mod, RPG mod, and Airmod. Project Blue will contain Fenix mod with all the goodies, Airmod, S4mod, Plys mod, and Lemur.

this is one of the biggest things that has ever happened in the history of FPSC and its all because of the great people we know as HockeyKid, BlackFox, Plyster, S4real, nxrb, Flatlander and Airslide. i think thats all of them. these are some of the greatest programmers in this community and they are giving these gifts to us. we ow our thanks to them.

It could be but it shouldn't, it all depends what version of Fenix Mod you tried it on.

You know, normally, I would make sugestions of what to add, but honestly I cant think of anything. And you dont need to rush it out by christmas, I would rather a bugless epic mod then a rushed one.

I'm enjoying slapping zombies across the face with my G36! Haven't experienced any more bugs yet, except the flashlight doesn't illuminate characters. One last thing. What would be the code for making a spotlight?

You had said the horror mod didn't like ver 1.16, that is because ver 1.16 has problems with it. After I did a full upgrade for fpsc to 1.16 I started noticing small stuff like every so often a weapon(with no mod) would just start using the firing sounds instead of footsteps, some of the older characters and new ones do a spider (explode) thing, but the problem is this stuff seems to happen at random. I know it is not my computer because right now it is almost a new computer with exception of having all the latest updates for both windows and fpsc. What about my graphics card, well I think my nvidia 9800 can pull its own weight. I have a second graphics card is a nvidia 8500 gt and it also works well. I am writing this post not to go off subject, but it does have something to do with the fenix mod and the ver 1.16 source code. I just wante to say what happened and that I am not happy that through all that work yesterday I am out 65 bucks and it all has something to do with the source. Ill look into your shader problem after the release of V1.1. Also Fenix Mod does use V1.16 and the problem with Horror Mod was because of some miss coding on Knxrb's part. Now are you saying the repeating sounds happen with stock V1.16?

You were loading your bloom camera before the set display mode. Anything loaded before the set display mode is erased (except cameras cause a crash) you never noticed it because you never change your screen resolution to anything differen then 1024 by 768 so it couldn't get into this if block to set the set display mode (thats why you hadn't had these problems.



Also the escape button was your fault too A-A cannot work with get image so things like Lee's save menu code would crash.

Is it possible to make a script that change the texture of a enemy who has been shot by player? I mean, damaged texture. For Examples: Quake2, Serious Sam HD, Soldier of Fortune...

If not, could someone kindly enough make me one. It would be great. I would be very grateful

I'm concerned about the bloom bug as its been on the list for a while. Are you confident this will be fixed? I really hope so.

Having bloom in Fenix mod would be huge.

Edit - Also when you have time please can you look into Dark AI collision with stairs as Dark AI characters walk through them at the moment.

As far as I know this is achieved using the alt texture field in a characters properties.
