Metal Devil123: Try and grab it from FPS Files.com

Holy Cr...! Thanks Brian, I did'nt know it was down. Jeeez! I need to find a better means of hosting my stuff. This is driving me nuts.

Thanks TeMpLaR1 for getting the pack up on FPS files so quickly. Your the man!

Thanks Seth, I've just about got the collision issues of the Pod door worked out. I'll keep everyone posted as the final part 4 is being put together, and you can see it then.

I did download your Country Time from Fps-Files. It didn't work. Is there something that my computer is against. Something that's not in the other zips or rars?

Obviously others don't have that problem, nor do I. What version of windows are you using and what archive program? Have you tried a different archive program? For his latest archive, which is a zip file, you can use Windows XP built in, or WinZip, or WinRAR, and probably some others as well.

Anyway, please provide more information so that we can narrow down the possibilities and find the problem

Brian.

I just downloaded it from my site using the same method as everyone else and it opened and worked fine, I am not sure what problem your having, try using Winrar if your not already.

Too funny.
I tried that link and got a message saying the site was down.

Screenshots look very nice.
I guess I'll have to wait to download it, but thanks in advance.

Thanks Apple Slicer, but I have the first link working for now.
I'll use yours though if I have any problems with it.
Now, surely one of the 3 links will be working 24/7.
Thanks

Cos,

If it's OK with you, I'd like to add a page to fpsFREE for all your content. It should be available in multiple places.

sorry if someone's already posted this, (i don't have enough time to check the whole thread) but the pulse blaster weapon doesn't apear for me.
i can fire the gun, and i can see muzzle flash, smoke and bullets, but i can't see the gun.
i am not using shaders, i have full textures, and very high lightmaps.

It looks like your site is down again, CP. From the massage, I'd say your host is having a problem. All your media is now on fpsFREE.com, per our conversation. Thanks for the final image and all that you do.

Thanks Mazz. Yeah, I think I've got this modeling thing figured out.

Everyone is welcome to contribute to any, and all of the packs I make. They always have been. In fact I would love to see more folks getting involved in making really nice, (and Huge) model packs for the community.

It gives the inspiring artists, and developers a chance to be a part of a group project, while inspiring them to do they're absolute best for the good of the project itself.

After all, if they are serious about wanting to learn the business, Working together to get the job done is paramount. Right?

And of coarse, it's a special treat when some of the "Old Hands" pitch in and surprise us all, with contributions of they're awesome talents.

Sorry I can be a long winded old fart, sometimes.

So yes, if you would like to be part of any of the new packs I have on my list, ( It's a really Big list) your more than welcome to join in.

Drop me an e-mail, and let me know what you'd be interested in doing.

In the Universe, nothing ever stays the same.

hmm. maybe the next Scifi pack should revolve around more materials for outdoor worlds, like the country pack. </thought>

Well, I was thinking that you can "expand" on your country pack, but this time, for scifi.

Like Moon landscapes, mars, strange planets and other things.

I can email you some textures for the landscape that could be used...if you like the idea. Or just because.
