hmm... it worked, but the barrier's still going wierd, and the zombie's animations area ll in slow-motion. i'm just going to take a look at the zombie's script.

What is going weird about the barriers?
Also the slow motion of the zombies was on purpose, I had it so they sped up after each wave. You can change them where you see

Right i am going to have a look into those scripts but i cant find the wave handler script anywhere.

Oh it was attached to your post What variables need to be added to the zombie appear and destroy? I'll have a read through and try to figure it out

I really like the looks and ideas. I am new to this though and was wondering if someone could tell me how to set the mod to work in my game and make the guns certain prices and basically make it work.

Hello arenas.

I stumbled upon this thread and i was wondering if u needed some sort of graphical desinger. (Splash screens, logos, banners and such for Z-Mod.)

I have nothing to do right now and i could lend a hand.

well,i can try those huds now. I can send you picture of this zombie i drew, just to see what league i'm in
at this point it's on paper, but with my friends scanner (mine broke)it's easy to get it to computer and edit it a little to make it look better.

the chugshot gun is an fps creator x10 exclusive!
only the ones that have fps creator x10 can have it!
but i guess you got permission from TGC to include it in your pack?
if you are releasing the fpscx10 items for free, then less people will buy fpscx10. and if you didn't got permission then i suggest that you remove it from the pack!

So, so far i've done:

new eyehud.
new numbers (ammo)
new fader
new bulletholes
new loadingbar

I'm still gona do the pointer and health and lives.
i'm currently testing these.

EDIT: oh i like the gory bulletholes : )

Arenas, I got some questions about some things I havnt rly read the manual as ive lost it under all the rubbish on my desktop


1. How do you set the onscreen hud so when you walk away from a buyable item the hud disapears ?

2. How do you display the +(MoneyAMMOUNT) and the money hud ?

1) It should work provided the weapon script is attatched. It took me ages to get it to work. Im not aware it is broken, i'll look into it.

2) Well i know what ive been told, gotta break free to break the mold..... Sos, wondered into scrubs for a min there (Brill song) You need to add all of conjured prophets cash scripts into the level in the six entities with his scripts set. They should be attached but if you search cash system it should come up. Im sure that the directories weren't changed but i may be wrong.

nah, this was a long time ago when just the beta testers were testing

Just create a new folder called ZGC in the gamecore\huds and put them in there. Then edit them in the level setup on build game.

You might want to try it again. What exactly is going wrong? Have you remade the script or are you using pre-existing ones?

Im using remade scritps, im gunna quickly try the pre-existing ones before doing anything.

Edit : SORTED THIS BIT YAH ! Gunna have to make the custom scripts again though

Im also a little confushed on showing the money hud Do you just make a 6 trigger zones with the money scripts in ?

There are 6 entities under conjured in the entitybank. Just include those 6 entities in the main map.

I would not use the weapon script beneath the completed ones. Im not sure if its updated. Go to the script and do these steps:

1) Change name of script (G36C.fpi -> Scar.fpi)
2) Enter the script with Notepad
3) Change the directory of the unable hud (
->
)
4) Use the search and replace function in notepad to find all of the hudnames and replace them for the sorry hud (g36csorry -> scarsorry)
5) Repeat for the second hud (g36cbuyornot -> scarbuyornot)

That should make the script fine. Those are the steps i used to make my other weapon huds. It saved time using the search and replace because it means that you dont miss any hud names out and be left with problems such as yours.

Ah, the money. Just include the 6 entities with the cash system (named cs1 - cs6) and that should have it all. If there not included you can get them from conjured entertainment, although im sure that they are included. Also, would you be able to email me the extra weapon huds you have made. If they are in the same format as the demo ones, i can include them in the next download.
