I've always wondered this. Perhaps it's a trait that emerged because chavs rarely breed outside their kind, perhaps the gene for a square head also causes a drop in IQ, perhaps being a chav and the drugs and scowling and yelling causes a square head?

you've obviously not had something from hp.

I'm a cyclist, pedestrian and a driver, and i concur about the cycle lanes. single yellow line road, with a cycle lane, uphill, islands in the middle of the road so cars can't go round you while you go past parked cards... and the government claim they want people to cycle! (this being my daily morning cycle to work) Cars here are generally nice and give me right of way though, it's the pedestrians that walk out infront of you as if you have a 5cm braking distance even when you're clocking 30mph, I'm ***ing bright yellow!

also

cars that accelerate hard past you when you're <100m from a red light, i always make sure to pull infront of them in the space reserved for cyclists. If they've stopped ON this reserved bit i go infront anyway and make sure i take my time setting off.

Some people shouldn't be allowed to drive, and everyone should be made to cycle on roads before they're allowed to drive.

[edit}: forgot to </cyclist rant>

I've wondered the same thing about flies. Where do they go in a real torrential downpour? They surely can't fly in the heavy rain, can they?

- Why is it that when I'm doing something I don't want to do, I fantasize about being home and doing things that seem like they are amazingly interesting, but when I get home and think about doing them, they seem really boring?

Oh yes they can! And they never worry about being washed out. I was watching them at work last night. Even though the rain was heavy they were still flying around the light on the lamp post. O_O

In the beginning there was nothing. There'll be nothing in the end...

if there isn't then try holding the back one track button down and it'll rewind. most dvd players i've used do have one though.

Can't you just take the dvd out and spin it rapidly around your finger or a pencil? Just put it back in and it's right at the beginning .
