The original thread is here. You just needed to read through it, Thraxas posted the links to the .exe and the scripts on the third post

You can play with ragdoll right now. You can either download the source code and compile it yourself or go to the migration thread and find the post where I uploaded the compiled fpsc-game.exe (you'll still need the scripts from here to use it though).
