I'm pretty sure that no one in there right mind would put that model on a 3d database so i think he made it.

And dude it looks pretty good just kindof marshmellowish and the back. take off subsurf and use 8 sided cylinders

Dunno, There's some crazy modelers out there. On turbo squid there's a chair that's completely crap for $200!

Kraven, i have absolutly know idea how you knew that that was my model, but yes thatis mine, I uploaded that quite a while ago back on my other account reallt before I had any knowledge, which is why I was crazy enough to put it on there, but my knowledge has increased since then, but I'll admit kraven, I probably should've thought that post through a little bit better.

The evidence provided in this thread was the turbosquid link Kraven posted, although it isn't clear that he intended it to be 'evidence'.

If you look carefully at the general shape of both models, strictly the gun(especially in "his" work, in comparison to the overall look of the extra things modeled), you'll see that "his" gun could very easily just be a beveled version of the turbosquid model which was linked. That's just how it looks to my eyes, although it doesn't appear conclusive.

I think he is making the models himself. The turbosquid model and his look similar but there are some differences in the shape. Anyway it's a gun, there's bound to be 2 model guns that look the same. Especially models that are this low of quality because they have no detail.

The only one he actually claimed as his own was the thompson. the other he said " here is a m14" and the like, key word being 'a' he admitted to only editing the sights

in his wepon model pack thread.

several of the model he's posted were as 'a' such and such but with the obvious implication that he made them unless called out on it.

honestly, I think he is just young and not really aware of the seriousness of the implications his posts give off. He's hit enough walls on enough posts though that by now that he should have learned.

I wanna know how old he is, If he's under 12 then that's acceptable, He should be let off with a warning otherwise I would say a 2-5 month ban. That's what i think anyway... It's not fair to take credit for others models.
