I say you guys should go through TGC and sell it as a pack bundled with model pack 8, with a higher price tag due to the extra content. I feel like pricing this at around $30-$35, with model pack 8 bundled with it, will bring in a lot of customers.

That's the idea; as a standalone package for those who already have model pack 8 and as a combined pack for those who don't.

I had a hunch on this.... Good thing BlueFox bought MP8 as one of her first packs.

A great addition. Ross tra Damus is very talented indeed. One of my wife's favorite artists. We look forward to purchasing this.

Sorry for excluding you or your work and efforts on this pack, Nickydude. It was not intentional. You both are now on my wife's favorite artist list, next to Cosmic, Josh Mooney, and Rolfy of course.

I've been trying to keep her away from this thread until it is released so that we can purchase and it will be a nice gift for her. Do you have an rough idea as to a release month other than "appear sometime next year" ?

BlackFox

Just how much 'eggnog' can a mere human take?

Yes well said, the main Focus should be on the excellent 'Prefabs' that Nickydude has been putting together (I know because I have seen some of them). I don't think anyone else has ever tackled this subject of this magnitude because of the 'huge' ammount of editing work that Prefabs require.
This is Nickydudes Project and anything that I contribute is simply to be counted as bonus material for the user of the Pack.

All the best of luck.
Cheers

A lot...if the rum lasts. Not just a mere human, but a Northern Canadian human

We had been putting some of the Egyptian segments and another model pack segment pieces together to make prefabs for our developments to save some time in development and level design. We can certainly understand the amount of time it takes to ensure it is all assembled correctly and in the proper place.

We look forward to this once done. I know Cathy will really enjoy it.

This is definitely going on my (ever growing) wishlist!

I too created a few prefabs for my game; the time and effort required to create them, saves time and effort later on when adding them in-game...

Firstly I'd like to thank the beta testers who thoroughly tested the Dungeon Builder Kit and provided excellent feedback, without you guys there would have been many things wrong which I overlooked.

Ok folks, now I have some good news and some bad news... first the bad news...

The Dungeon Builder Kit will not be released . Due to quality and build issues it has been decided that the DB Kit as it stands is not up to the quality that it should be so there for will not be sold as a sub-standard pack.

Now the good news...

Plans are being drawn up to create a new Dungeon Builder Kit with better quality textures and not having to have model pack 8 installed. Talks are still going on so you'll have to bear with us a bit longer but I'll release more information when I can.

Sorry for those waiting (for 2 years!) for the pack but quality has moved on since the pack was first started and it was stated that while looking great in the screenshots and videos, the quality didn't shine through when actually playing.

But remember, there's always a silver lining...
