Hello. I just got into FPSC as a friend, Kenneth, got me interested in it. I bought X9 a bit ago and just received X10 in the mail today. I haven't seen any demos to try in X10, so am not yet sure of how good the graphics are. I did download Mystic Mod for it.

What mods are good to run with the latest versions of X9?

Or do you not need mods with the latest v1.17 and 8 versions? I've downloaded RPG mod for X9 (I hope it still works with the latest versions).

I've seen links to the Horror mod, but can't find where to purchase it from. The link www.horrormod.eu shows up blank.

Why would X10 be no longer developed if it has the better graphics with Direct X10? (I saw the Migration thread).

Horror mod is now integrated into Fenix Mod which is free but only work with v 1.16 for now. The good thing about it is that its being kept up by the guy who is keeping up Project Blue so there still hope for it to be upgraded to v 1.17 and v1.18, but even though its not up to date with the rest its still a very good mod. And theres Project Blue UM its really good but its not free. But it work with v1.17, v1.18 and I think its worth the $28.00.Then you have RPG mod which is free(I think) and it works with v1.17 and v1.18. But its not for the faint at heart, you need to know how to script .fpi file to get full use out of it.

RPG mod is free. You have to contact BLACKFOX for the link to download. You should be very good at scripting for that.
For a beginner fenix mod should do.
I'm Waiting for fenix mod for fpsc 1.18 and still trying to get rpg working with error free bugs and crashes.

This is somewhat off topic, but i have been hearing people talking of 1.18 beta testing. is there anywhere i could go to download 1.18 to become a beta tester or is it closed? anybody know for sure?

by the time I only tested multiplayer, and it is buggy ... (Pb + 1.18c FPSC 1.17/1.18)

for the rest I do not know how many will still have bugs, but not perfect.
