its this. i know you will get everything right, cause you've done weapons before.

http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=189977&b=24

its for my latest project, it hasnt got a thread or anything but here's some screens from the tgc gallery. if that falls through it always good to have a scifi pistol anyways when its your favourite genre

http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=gallery_view&i=1910

http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=gallery_view&i=1909&p=0

http://www.thegamecreators.com/?m=gallery_view&i=1908&p=0

thanks mate

so you dont want a moving topslide or hammer that will make things easyer .do you want it to fire bullets or somthing more sci-fi maybe batteries in the mag as a power source ? the more info the better will make it easyer to get it right the first time round

ill rig it to an eai hand rig: the 1911. so, a mag, may with a scifi twist, maybe glowing or made of batteries or something? ill be sure to send over the finished rig ofc i dont really mind as long as its a scifi pistol, works with ironsights and has a mag. The more scifi the better though it will shoot lasers, but ill do that with a muzzleflash and soundset.

Thanks so much! been wanting this for ages!

Very nice, Henry!

Btw, what do you do to make a rendering such as the one with the sci-fi gun? I mean, where you can see the lines and all that.

@Henry: Epic gun mate! Can't wait to see what magic you work with the texture!

No, force wireframe only shows the edges, not the polygons. Henry got both the polygons and edges with shadows and everything.

These are looking great. I'll have to practice more on making tires. I always end up with one looking a bit flat and forget to model in a spare.

Hah, looking good Henry. Only crit is either the spec or normal seems overdone. Maybe let up on it, make the 'texture' more subtle.

I agree with this "Henry, you need to teach me a little about unwrapping." I am having a hard time maping my female mesh. I am hoping you might include character mappining in some of your tutorials.

Excellent work as always Henry, you certainly have great texturing skills and just to let you know that I was very pleased by your 'Character Toolkit' Which has now inspired me to try and create characters of my own.

All the best for the future.

So the orange container is the virus, and the green container holds the antivirus. Could be quite useful as an objective or weapon.
