Hey, Even though entries have ended, heres my second entry. It's late because I thought it ended 10:30pm Saskatchewan time. And I know this probably wont count as valid put I thought I'd show you guys anyways. And I'm also very happy about the improvement to visuals I experienced during this contest. First picture is my late Entry, second is a picture i took before the contest.

Anyways, I'm very happy on my improvement, and happy about how this contest turned out for you TiTaniUm. Best of luck to all!

Now for your questions on the next contest
Quote: " How are the prizes?
The time given?
The way things are judged? (next compo will be judged differently, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.)
The way it all feels?
And of course, ideas for themes you would like to see."

1. Prizes were pretty good, (The winners will be able to add more to that) Although, as I respect that Abdul Ahad contributed a prize, I don't think people who worked hard to win should have to do more work on a model and animations for there prize. (correct me if I have it wrong that winners have to provide there own model with animations.)
2. Time was perfect! I was just a little misunderstood about the 30 hour deadline post you made.
3. I sorta liked it, it was a change. But i think 1st 2nd and 3rd is more efficient.
4. It was greatly setup
5. How about one with the base idea of "Impossible Odds"?

Ok, the screens have all been judged.
The winners have been picked.

I will publicly announce them in a few hours time.
I suggest everyone keep an eye on their inbox

I would also like to remind everyone;

This is just a friendly competition. No strong, or harsh competitive behavior is intended or endorsed in this competition. This competition is for fun, and to recognize the community spirit and relationship. More will follow, with hopefully the same prizes.
so If you did not receive an email, do not feel left out, or anything of that nature. This competition was so tough to judge, just about everyone was a winner. However, some had aspects that stuck out more than others.
Each screen was judged fairly, and thoroughly.

Please, everyone, I really need some of that feedback outlined in the previous posts! Its vital to how I will run the next competition!

Ill speak to you all again in another couple of hours!

Ok, the winners have known this for roughly 12 hours or so now, but,

Congratulations to
Ekipshi for the Host's pick
PW Productions for the Judge's pick

The way this competition was judged ,there are no official runner ups, however, you should know that this was an extremely tough and close one to judge, and most, if not all screens were considered at least once for whatever their reason may be.

Now, I have what may be some exciting news for you.
The next competition is going to be a little different..
Abdul has agreed to Co-host these competitions with me, so we are going to host this next one together.
The theme is still to be chosen yet, by PWP, but,

The next competition will NOT be a screenshot competition.
There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes.
EVERYONE will get a free meele rig JUST FOR ENTERING.
The competition is likely to start in the next week, and will run all through February, with the judging being finalized in the first week of March.

I wont say much more than that

Again, a massive congratulations to everyone, with a thanks on the side. this competition turned out much better than I thought it would, and was a lot of fun for everyone.
Also, a special thankyou to the prize donors, it wouldn't of been the same without you.
And of course the judges, Dark Fragger, and Bootlicker.

Now, on a side note, whats the best software to record in-game footage of FPSC?

Well, do we send the prizes only after the winners post in THIS thread or do they send us a mail (or vice-versa?)

Cheers,
Anayar

Ekipshi has not yet contacted me about claiming his prize. And its been a little bit since the winner's were announced, how long should we give him?

As long as it takes for him to reply.
But if he hasn't by the end of the next competition, then it is understandable if you choose not to offer it. (but only till then, otherwise you still must present it)

Alternatively, you can email him.
I haven't heard back either yet.
