Im building a map and its saying has exceeded 1.5 gigs. I have 4 gigs of mem in this machine. I just upgraded my mem so I could build large maps. Ideas how to remove this mem limit?

That's just the FPSC limit. If it goes over 1.8gb the game will crash.
The limit can removed in the setup.ini file but the game might still crash.

If you can see the enemy, they can see you.

Sweet thanks.

Edit:
Hmm just looked at setup.ini and I dont see where it defines the limit. Do you know what or where i adjust this in the setup.ini? Thanks in a advance.

The limit is a 32bit memory issue, not a ram issue. I believe this has been mentioned a couple of times, so there should be more detail in one of the beta posts.

I found this cool program awhile back that modifies 32bit applications to remove the memory caps or w/e you wan't to call it, not sure if it would work with fpsc or not, I'll post a link or something if I can find it when I get home.

Use this to disable the memory cap. Its worth a try, right?

C++ is labourless... if your name starts with 'L' and ends with 'ee'.
