Sorry for the double post, Thanks Mike!!

Has anyone found anything else, aside from the animated shader directory path?

Insted of changing the path in all the .fpe files, by placing a copy of the shader in the directory listed in the .fpe you can save a load of time, and it will all work fine.

Regarding the monitor heights I did my T&A session and here are the results:

To have screen_wall, screen_wall2, screen_wall3 (folder: blue screens)appear on eye-level of the player, change in the fpe the line offy = 0 to offy = 50

To have scifi monitor 1-11 (hanging)(folder: scifi monitor)appear on eye-level of the player, change in the fpe the line offy = 0 to offy = 45 , The monitor should be put into the wall halfway to appear as an integrated part AND to get the "hanging" part out of sight.

To have scifi monitor 1-11 (hanging)(folder: scifi monitor)appear under the ceiling, change in the fpe the line offy = 0 to offy = 68

Quote: "Cosmic Prophet: You set it up, and choose a winner, and I'll do a set of 3 new screen animations based on the winners theme to be used on the monitor of choice. "

Guess I'm caught in my own trap now

I will gladly host a small screenshot competiton but for choosing the winner I'd rather share the responsibility with you, Black Fox and Nickydude (so the people mostly involved with the pack get to vote).

The conditions will be to only use media from your pack and no additional shaders. Lights and proper lightmapping are allowed as well as STOCK skyboxes. One or more monitors must be displayed prominently. There is no theme otherwise, the screens can win with realistic appearance, showing a lot of detail, telling a story, being scary or simply looking good. The limit is a single screen per contestant and the deadline should be in 2-3 weeks at the latest.

What do you think, Cosmic?

Works for me!! OK then, if the others are up to judging, I'm in!

And thanks for the monitor positioning info. That never occured to me to do them like that.

Here's a short video, as requested. It's just a simple layout showing how some of the stuff looks during gameplay.

Mr Game: That sounds great. And the door looks Amazing!

If you were following the WIP thread, you know that all the procedes from this pack are being donated to help Willow's son, who is sick with Cancer.

So, the more promotion the pack gets, the better. Drop me an e-mail so we can work out the details, Thanks my brother!

We've made 10 sales last week, and I want to thank all those who purchased.

@sic1ne

I had to assign it a stock doorscript to work but I suspect there is something about those "doorframe keypads" included in the pack.

Jesus man... CP's given out more media ANYONE else I know on the web!!! He's basically made enough stuff to build 3 or 4 games with his models . After all he's done you have a problem with him selling ONE of his packs!! And that too to help a kid who has cancer??

Im ashamed of you... and anyone else who thinks like that.

Im out.

Thank you so much anayar.

To those of you that don't know, Cosmic and I have 3 packs for sale, this one, 3D dream home and my sci-fi Pack, so that I can get somethings that my son needs or wants. My son has leukemia and last month the doctors told him that nothing else could been done for him, I have maybe two years to make him as happy as I possibly can.

So no one has to worry, Cosmic will give away more stuff for free.

Again thanks anayar and thank you to all those that have helped out.

NP. That post really got my blood boiling.

And I am extremely sorry to hear that. Wish you the best of luck with this and ALL other packs. Also hope you will be able to make your son as happy as you possibly can! Your son and family will be in my prayers.

Sincerely,
Anayar

I've never been one to hold a grudge, and given my reputation for giving away free media, I guess it might make some folks despair to think I would quit doing so.

So to those who might fear that I have stopped making free stuff for the community, don't. This is a special release that I have created, and put up for sale, for a special reason. I intend to make plenty more free stuff, for as long as I'm physically able.

And when that time comes for old Cosmic, You all will know, and I'll simply fade away as others have done here. Hopefully leaving my small mark on the hearts, and minds of those who took pleasure in the work I've done.

So with that said, It's back to work on my next project that should put your minds at ease. And no I'm not tell'n, so don't ask!! Heh, Heh!

Dear Cosmic, I've allready said it numerous times:
You have given so much high quality media to the community and the quality of your work still improves with each pack....so imo it's not only legitimate but overdue, to earn some lunch money (it's not going to add up to riches anyway) with the results of your hard work. After all these years of helping the community and the whole FPSC "project", your creativity and productivity clearly deserve more than a forum badge and a fanbase!

PS: If Nickydude and Black Fox agree to be judges, I'll post the aforementioned screenshot contest this weekend.

Absolutely amazing work, as always, Cosmic Prophet. I own virtually all your packs, and as soon as I have some extra cash I will definitely add this one to the list, as the money is also going towards a good cause.

This pack will only be available for another 2 weeks only, at which time I intend to send the profits to the young fella this pack was made for. So if you want it, you need to grab it before then.

Thanks again to all who have purchased so far.

Well, if There is still a desire for the pack, I guess I could. It was my intention to run it for a month, but if folks want more time than that, then I suppose I'll leave it be.

And I'll offer the bonus door for longer as well. I of course have no idea how many folks even want it.

We did receive it and a reply was sent. The door you received was a bonus that Cosmic is sending out to those that purchase his pack. There should have also been an email sent to you that contained the information for downloading the main model pack. It was sent once we received notification of your payment, which was prior to you contacting Support. If you did not receive this email, please let us know.

Alright, I'll squeel! I'm working with Willow, to put together a special collection of new shader ready Horror stuff, that will be released on Halloween this year.

Warning: This pack will carry what one might call an "R" rating, for graphic gore, and possibly disturbing, content.

I will not be able to post screen shots of all the included content here on the forums, but I'll be starting a WIP thread soon.
