So I've been extremely busy and haven't touched dbpro in over a half a year. So 2 things.
A) whats the command to exit an executable while giving a windows error message that I control the text of
B) I tried running a basic print "hi" wait key program, compiled and ran it, but nothing happened. It only works if i use the debug mode with f6 and that's a major pain. I have norton antivirus and looked at the history and found it was blocking my programs. So I excluded the dbpro folder from the virus and sonar protection, turned off everything in norton and ran the program. It still didn't run but when i looked at norton's history, it never recorded it blocking it. So something else is preventing it from running but I dont know what. Any ideas?
I tried to run an older game that I had finished and that I knew had worked and the same problem happened.

1) exit prompt

2) Did it show any sign that it tried to run? Did it give any error messages? Did it show up in the task manager?

Quote: "exit prompt"

Exit Prompt will display your message when the program ends, but this command will not close the program.

If you install Matrix1 Utilities, there is a command called: Report Error; this will exit the program with an error message quoting the line number of the error.
