I want to create a game which would be supported at least for iPhone 3GS, 4S, 5, Galaxy Tab-P1010, Samsung SII. Where screen resolution will be different like 800X480, 320X480 and many more. Problem is when I plot my background image and shapes on it, it displaces because of the screen resolution. What should I do and what should be the least standard resolution to build this game as an universal game for AppGameKit supported device?

Have you looked at the percentage system. I'd say that's the best way to go for such a variety of devices.
