That makes plenty of sense - more money to the cause. I can't wait to see this project get rolling. Jealous that I don't have a spare £60k laying around to invest like that.

I think I understand too. Whatever we pledged on Kickstarter has gone away now and wont be taken. The private backer has stumped up £40K+. TGC will then come to us again with some other funding request process, outside Kickstarter. So basically, wait on TGC to explain how we can get on board and help fund FPS Reloaded/DBE outside Kickstarter...

a long time dabbler with DBC and DBPro with no actual talent but lots of enthusiasm...

Nomad, if you want models and want to support TGC, why not buy any of DarkMATTER content packs? Unless you already have them.

Also it's kinda sad that FPSC:R wasn't funded unless they made it somehow (since anonymous investor said "up to 60k", it also might mean "from 0 up to 60k", couldn't it?). But I hope that won't put them off from crowd funding and they will do other campaigns in future. I certainly would pledge, even minimal amount if I wouldn't save for any TGC product at the time and would have any money (I have both Kickstarter and IndieGoGo accounts).

Check your emails, the e-mail I received explains that the money is never transferred since the kick starter target wasn't met.

Here's a cut & paste from my email;

Quote: "Kickstarter <[email protected]>

Unfortunately, FPS Creator Reloaded did not reach its funding goal by the project deadline. As a result, your £25.00 pledge has been automatically canceled and your card will not be charged.

Even when a project doesn't meet its goal, backing a project shows your support for a creator's work. The value in that never expires!

So the Elite version has also gone down beneath the Atlantic ? Or is TGC secretly gearing up to make Elite a reality ?

Right now and i could be wrong... I would think it would just be on hold a bit while they get dbpro up to speed for reloaded. I am sure someone can shed better light on it.

I would contribute to a kickstarter which allows for arrays within UDTs!
