Just cant get sprites moving via keyboard nor via gamepad.
At first i tried it like in the learning videos and then tried it like this but no way is it working at all.
I'm running Manjaro Linux.

try this im not sure if you can use left and right

if GetRawKeyState(KEY_UP) then sy=sy+3
if GetRawKeyState(KEY_DOWN) then sy=sy-3
SetSpritePosition(1,sx,sy)
sync()
loop

EDIT and constants can be set like this at the top of your program
