For clarity, a EULA and a Privacy Policy are two different things.
A EULA is an agreement to cover the developer and their app. This is a document that you
want.
A Privacy Policy is a disclosure of what data is or isn't collected by their app. This is a document that governments
require.
"No personal information is used, stored, secured nor disclosed by services this application works with." - fubarpk privacy policy
I'm not sure that's true. For example, I have a few of your apps. One of which I downloaded today which is Pixelated Labyrinth. If you use AdMob or any other service that uses the device ID or other device/personal information, Google requires that you disclose to users that you collect, share and use any user data as a result of your use of the ad service.

This is the Privacy Policy I created for one of my games.
At some point next month I'm going to edit it to be a universal document for all my apps going forward.
Your Privacy Policy is short and straight to the point. You might want to change the line I quoted to something similar to the "Information Collection and Use" section of the page I linked.
