Not sure if these files still exist or not, but I was trying to download Ian's library here:

All it does it popup a login window even though I'm already logged in.

This should now be fixed, it was a result of browsers changing the way they handle non-secure links, downloads are cancelled when accessing an insecure link which triggered a redirect to the main website. I have replaced all the old non-secure links with our new secure version and it appears to be working fine.
