without reading the rest of the posts, 1 minute before the end although the question is wording confusingly.

My IQ was 116 at age 11, I have not been tested since. If I got it wrong then that's because I had not started my life of debauchery at 11 years old

Right, there's a mad man with a shotgun with 4 hostages in the desert. He buries them up tho their necks in sand (in a row) so they can only see all the people in front of them (ie. 1 sees no one, 2 sees 1, 3 sees 2 and 1 etc.)
He then puts a wall in between 1 and 2 so NO ONE can see 1.
He then puts either a blue or red had on each of their heads (like in the diagram). They do not know what colour hat they are wearing, only the colours of hats the people they can see are wearing.

He then says "There are four hats, two red and two blue. None of you can see the colour of your own hat, but you have one minute without talking for one of you to work out what colour hat you are wearing or I'll kill you all"

After a while one of them says "I know what colour hat I am wearing," He is right.

Who and how?

i reckon its number one. theres a jet engine infront of him that blows his hat off infront of him, this doesnt happen to the other 3 cos the wall blocks the wind.

It's the third
Number 3 knows that if he had the same color as number 2, then number 4 would say his color ... So he knows he has not the color of number 2 and says : "My hat is blue"

its the fourth one because he can see the 1 blue and 1 red and well there is 1 blue and 1 red left and he decides to take a gamble and he would of see the guy with the shot gun go behind the wall with a blue hat

Number 3 can see 1 red hat, if he had a red hat 4 would leave. So he must have a blue hat.

but couldnt they just look up at the rem of there hats and see the color? i say all of them know lol! the image clearly shows that the rem of the hat is within view of the person all they have to do is look up =P

But thats probably a wrong answer and i don't expect to get it right just thinking out of the box.

but if you want a number i think its number 3. why? because pincho said so.

The search continues.

to the first thing; i reckon is 58mins.
you said it duplicates every2mins?

the duplicate of 30 is 60.
if it were at i.e. 50 apples at 58mins, then at 60mins it gunna be 100. if half way for the bucket is 50, then the answer has to be 58... or maybe thats just my logic lol

the only way it is attatched to the car is by a piece of string stuck down with selotape to the center of the passanger seat.

the balloon will go to the back when the car brakes, and when the car stop then it'll go to the foward and up.
