BTW in Czech v. Netherland, did anyone else find the Spanish referee a bit pro Czech or was i the only one?

I agree with that! But maybe that's because I'm Dutch .
And I have to do this:

Rudi Voller, alles ist vorbei, alles ist vorbei, alles ist vorbei LOL. Holland in the quarter finals!!!

We'll beat the Swedish!!

That looked bad for Beckam. I think his football years are over. He was really ragged throughout the game.

I dunno, he seems to be going through a bad patch at the moment.
I think he could have done to not do one of his trademark penalties last night, especialy when hey had a molehill for a penalty spot.

You're joking? You can't judge a player on penalties. Beckam is essential for the England team and he's far better than Rooney I think. England loose because they play too defensive again. They start playing good in the second half of the extra time after Portugal goals.

France is next match...

... I write that because I think he had a good play yesterday, he just misses his penalty. I'm not in love with him but I must admit he's the most precise soccer player with long passes!

Soon, watch TV to see how France goes to 1/2!!!!

If you look Rui Costa, Vassel and Terry had the same problems with the penalty spot. I think he was very, very unlucky.

You are probably the worst loser in the whole world!!
You know what? every country, and i really mean every other country agreed with Urs Meier about his decisions and especially they ALL agreed that it was NOT a goal!!!! ALL the other countries found the ref brilliant...
That was never ever a goal, mister, and to give his website URL just shows your poorness!
Can't you see that you just lost???
I can't stand fans like you who can't just see that the other team was better and have to blame the ref for that (and especially when the ref was good)!
All i got to say is that Portugal deserved the victory because the played better and that Urs Meier was VERY good (and to say it again every country agrees with this except of YOU)
And Urs Meier's decision about the goal he aborted was right

The general opinion of (international) footy "experts" (mostly ex-footballers) seems to be: It was a hard decision, but not unfair. However, there were some minor mistakes the refs made.
I think the Portuguese team was slightly better and deserved to win (esp. in the second half).

Anyway, Go Greece, Go!

That's it

But that's not the reason why England lost

1) You are swiss, not exactly neutral.

2) Okay, explain here the foul was. Go on. Find the foul that was done on the goalkeeper.
