Hey Rob if you had half a brain you'd know I was just trying to piss Kent off.

I'm not in this arguement, I'm just trolling.

Once again, this thread descends into the realms of silliness. It's about time for a lock now, we've ran out of valid arguments...

I don't think people have ran out of arguments; rather, it's boiled down to what people fundamentally believe.

Neophyte said he'd start a new political thread soon, but I'm not gonna lock this quite yet in case there's something else that someone has something to add .

Is the solution to leave Iraq and let them get on with it?, Do you not think that the Terrorists would see this as a victory for them and a weakness by us and be encouraged to inflict more terror on innocent victims, is decapitating a man or woman with a blunt knife expectable punishment for treating our prisoners like animal's in a Baghdad prison, where before torture and death was a daily routine for the people, that by most accounts did nothing more than air their opinion just as I/we are doing now.
War is a bad thing, but what are the choices at the moment? , to protect your home you may have to go to where the threat is and not wait for it to come to you, I for one are thankful we have the men and women that will stand up for our freedom, that are at this very moment fighting so you can write games, enjoy this forum and say just about what you like without fearing you may be killed for what you believe, and that's a luxury that the people of Iraq are now enjoying, some for the first time in their life's.
So to all our brave men or woman in the Armed Forces, thank you for your sacrificed, I do not think what you are doing is in vain, you are hero's to the full extent of the word, I wish you all a safe passage through this dark tunnel and hope you emerge safe and victorious, with the knowledge you tried to make this world a safer place to live for all mankind.
