ok i have firefox right and it worked about a week ago, but then firefox crashed and it erased all of the plugins it downloaded, all of my favorites, all of my passwords and screen names. and now every time i goto IRC chat it waits a little while a crashes i cant fiqure out why grrrr!

Try IE and see if it works through there. If it dosen't then, you might have a bad java. So you'd have to reinstall java.

Tools < Options < Web Features

Make sure Java is enabled.

Other then that, I dunno.

lightning's server is being ddos'ed so it's been temp delinked.

so use any other server currently. will post again when it's erm working.

I have never got a webclient to work in FF (never tried in IE) but I think it's to do with my connection and not the browser

You can indeed. Type /server irc.darkbasicnet.info and then type /join #darkbasic.
