The models are in the code snippets or under the source button. The download and view buttons are tied to the same place on the server, so if you upload a preview like I did, the download button will download the graphic. I've given the directions to use these models already several times on this thread. At the top of this page are the directions the last time I gave them.

Do you see where I posted the shotgun? Click on that thing that says "+ Code Snippet"... That'll open up a white box... Now highlight everything inside of that white box, starting with where it says "xof 0302txt 0064" all the way down to where it has three closing braces("}") with your mouse. Click on the "Edit" menu in your web browser and click "Copy". Now, go open notepad. In notepad, click on the "Edit" menu then click "Paste". Now in notepad save the file as "shotgun.txt". Next, go find where you saved "Shotgun.txt", right click on it and click on the "Rename" menu item from the popup menu and rename the file to "Shotgun.x".

Now, open DBPro...

Type this code:

Load Object "{path}Shotgun.x", 1
do
loop

Make sure to change where it says "{path}" in that code to reflect the actual path to where ever you saved "Shotgun.x" on your computer. Now run it by pressing the F5 key and you will see the shotgun.

Others seem to be getting them to work just fine. I don't know why you are having so many problems

DBPro can not load Anim8or files. But Anim8or can export to .3DS and .OBJ format, Both of which are commonly used in other modellers. .3DS files can be run through a program called CONV3DS which will convert then to .X format. Just go download JTEdit. It will work with these files. It'll do all the UV work and animation work too.

Umm can you make a tactical 12 gauge model?
Like this one here:

And if you could have no texture or vertezx colors that would be nice so I could get someone to texture it for me.

Use the YRotate command...

Ie.:

Yrotate Object 1,90

:NOTE: Change the first number to whatever object number you used for your Load Object command to load it.

And I need a bullet effect or model! Because im currently using a sphere! Sphere= very crappy looking!!! And also how do I change the bullets(sphere) speed when shooting it!!??!?

You need to UV map the gun, and then paint it, google the program "lithunwrap" It will allow you to unwrap a model, so that it is easily painted, then just texture it in your preffered paint program.

Guns arn't the problem, people are the problem, shoot all the people and guns arn't a problem anymore.

They are low poly. The worst of them is the Fragmentation grenade and if I remember correctly, it comes out to be about 300 polys.

How exactly do you animate a grenade? I wasn't aware they had that many moving parts!

They are game ready if you don't mind running them with only procedural colors in place... They are not textured.

I use various modellers... Sometimes more than one on any given model. Depends on my mood and which modeller is easiest to the task that I have to do.

Hmm, the coardinates of the 12 Gauge are really causing some problems for me because when I tried to get it into my game it wasn't there!
And so I tried scaling it and after awhile I saw this cylinder kinda thing flash when I shot which wasn't there beffore, so I don't know what I'll have to do to get it in my game.

Ok, took me awhile to get this knocked out. But here it is, an M60 Machinegun model. It took quite a bit of messing around to try to get it to look like the gun in question and yet not have too many polygons. As it is, there are @1700 polygons in the model. This post will contain the render and a subsequent one will contain a .ZIP file with the models and a UV-map. When I say "models", I say that because I've actually created two models for this one. The Machinegun itself and a belt of ammo. The machinegun has several limbs beyond the main one. There is the charging handle, the carry handle, the cover, the feed tray and the bipod legs seperated out as limbs (frames). In the ammo belt model, each round and link is a limb so you should be able to make that flop around nicely. I modelled the two seperate because the ammo belt is rather polygon expensive. So if using it bogs things down too much, just don't use it. So without further adieu, here's the render sheet...

...and here is the .ZIP file with the goodies...

My only complaint with my model is that the barrel and gas piston housing are a little off and I'm not quite sure how to make it better at this point. Part of the problem was that I couldn't find any proper reference pictures and had to model it from some fuzzy perspective shots and memory...

PS: What modeler do you use?
