if you take a look on my website you'll find the project files and media for this game, right at the end of the code you will see lots of data for the levels. just work out what represents what in the game, make your own level, then compile and run with the new levels in place.

PS. In fact, if anyone can come up with a really hard set of well thought out levels, I'll release a special remix version with new graphics and audio and the new levels in place
