Actually the whole idea is to read the project before posting a proposal. Once you post a proposal you should be commited to the project. Once they hire you, you can't just post something like: "Oh yea, I was just testing the system."
I am adding more features today such as: Author Comments, Mod Comments, your Team List, Team Announcements and a bunch of other cool things
I am very disappointed that I still only see 4 requests, but I guess it's only a matter of time.
Once this gets really stable you should spread the word around

If you are interested in helping out, you could spread the word since I don't visit any of these places. Like I said before, it's really a place for every kind of developer including Musicians, Pixel Artists and even hosting companies. Pretty much everything you need to make a complete project.
