The process being 'annoying' has nothing to do with it. As an Indie developer I need to be productive. I'm sorry if a number of 'adolescents' have caused trouble here, but that really isn't my fault. I can understand overseeing the first few posts, to check for 'undesirables'; however I feel this wait has been a bit excessive...just my feelings as a customer.

I've never seen another site do this (admittedly I do not know what the trouble you had before was); but then again, I'm not in charge here.

I suppose there's not much more to say....

You'll just have to put up with it for a while KeithC, I know it's very annoying having to wait for your posts to be accepted by the mods, I went through the same process.

But, it doesn't take long before your free to post things instantly.

It doesn't take long at all. A regular active user will be done and "fully enabled" in less than one week. Someone who doesn't post very much will take a bit longer, but only until they reach the minimum post count (which again really isn't that high at all, we're not even talking a two digit number here).

It's not excessive, it doesn't take long, and it blocks 99% of the spam/trouble making problems we have immediately, so there's no chance of removing it.

Maybe because the EA people had to put up with an incomplete system (bugs) for awhile, so that everyone afterword would have it a bit easier.

I don't see why EA users shouldn't get it for free, after all they've been involved in an extensive testing period. It's a thank you for helping in the development traject of FPSC.

If that would be the case then all of us should get it for free.... we all still have to put up with an incomplete system, quite a number of the features aren't working at all. Who knows how long we have to put up with that..... perhaps we all get the next content pack free too?

Be inovative and creative.... don't create a fps with FPSC.

Because they paid more for EA than you did for V1.

It's free for FPSC Early Adopters--normal users (like myself) will have to buy the product separately.
