May I join too? Here's mine...

The WIP is in here: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=274566&page=1&pp=15&highlight=guillermo

Since I might stop my entry on the spectacular competition, I might just use this model for some others uses...

All projects have been cancelled due to some important matters (darn it!) but "The mask of Zorah" is still continued...

I love seeing your renders dude, too bad C4D CE 6 doesn't have that rendering power, but very good, and well I hope this doesn't make the votes too biased, although this is so much better than your last TGC challenge entry, so if you do win, it may not be as unfair as it appears at first.
This compo is turning out really good guys, congrats to the genius who thought of this compo theme (Was it you The Crazy? You deserve a pat on the back) I think we have beaten the average entry number at 3DW forums now

[edit]
Due to the amount of entries, I'll have to make a seperate thread for the voting stage, so some entries don't get missed in the voting.

It'll be just the entry picture, plus the person's user name, and I'll start the thread the night before the voting stage, and add any last minute arrivals the next day.

oh and

4 days to go

Dude, Mach, get the heck off these forums! I was gonna post mine but now I know that yours is gonna win! Your so good I hate you! You suck!

But really, I find no point in posting mine unless people want to see it. You've defeated the purpose of a contest. Congradulations, Mach.

BenD, thats true, sounds like people judge on impact....

@Xenosphere no harm in entering, I mean, if it makes people feel better, I'll list the order of winners, and the amount of votes, so even if you don't win, you got your name in a higher place in the table. Plus, are you so sure Mach will win, just because he/she has a lot of experience and a powerful renderer? I mean, there are people I am thinking of voting instead, no offense Mach (Tis impressive stuff dude)

Its a very nice render indeed! To all you guys who are thinking of NOT posting cause of his entry - all it takes to make something as good as that is time and meticulous effort. Just be patient, dont cut corners, and work it all out. Rendering something like that can take most of the production time too! If you study the geometry carefully on Mach's model(hope you dont mind me using it as an example Mach!) you can see that along with the beautiful curves, there are a lot of small PRIMATIVE details. Lots of little pipes, cylinders, etc. He has done a marvelous job, and a lot of it comes down to patience.

Dont give up fellas!

Regards
Zac

P.S. - I love your model Mach

we did that so that the thread doesnt get to cluttered and heard to read. People just have to read the titles all the way to see where to post.
