, plus, the low quality is due to keeping the speed high and the download time fast, because there are a lot of 56k-ers on crappy pc's out there who can't use Guild Wars etc.

This dude is hiring people as a job, as 3D modeller, he is asking for experts, he hasn't given details for what the modeller to expect, there are people who are biased in their work, like me, my expertise is polygon modelling, and then I go and email him, and find out poly modelling will not work and will have to resort to box modelling, will be a stab in the back, there are also things people hate modelling, like I hate modelling ships, if he wants to employ people, he should do it properly, my woolworths application form did not say;
