Newcomers DBPro Corner / Intersect Object Collision?

I am really having trouble with this intersect object command. I am trying to make it so that when you run into the cubes, you stop. But whenever I turn the intersect object number tuns to zero, and for some reason, it isn't even detecting collision on the walls. I need some help please!

why do you use intersect object command? why don`t use simple:

if object collision(box1,box2) then speed = 0

or something like that

I don't know if you know sparkys free collision dll, but it's really worth a try. Sure you're gonna use intersect in that too, but there is help files provided with it and example codes.

Yes.. someone else told me to use that dll... but I really didn't understand it? HJow do I use it in my program?

try this, see if it works, changed so only the x pos would intersect with object 19 (which I colored seperately for ya)... just a quick tweak to get you on the right track...
