It could be quiet good if you finish it

For me the model is not finished.
You should use a reference image to see how you have to do it, if you haven't got any idea to finish it.

yeah, I'm gonna go download a whole new internet app just so I can see your wonderful picture.

And now that I see you pic, that can easily be done in anim8or. Get that to practice before you spend money on your... talent.

P.S. not bad for a beginner

The model itself isnt of great quality, but it is a start. The most important thing is to take all the negative comments and think, "What could I fix about my model that would make it more appealing?". If you do this you will never be lacking of something to do. It takes time to make great models, and it takes effort. I recommend you try a free app instead of a trial of a powerful app's trial before you really get into the modeling trade. I still havent even tried any paid programs, I'm still using Wings 3D and it suits my tastes. Find a modeling program that you like the way you use it. Stick with it, ignore blatantly rude comments about your models. Listen to people who critisize your models and find out what you can fix to make it appealing. But, don't be a conformist, just keep in mind there is truth to the criticism.

There are lots of Great Free programs to start with. I am not fond of Anim8or but if you look at any of Neodelito's threads you can see that great things can be done with Anim8or. Its all about the person.

I think the best program to start modelling is Milkshape. It's very easy and I think it's more powerful than Anim8or.

You can find very good and helpful tutorials for Milskhape.
I started with Milskhape then 3dsmax and now Cinema4D.

Cinema4D is a very powerful program but not to start modelling with.
