Hi everyone,
I am new to both darkbasic and programming in general, so please forgive me if this is a stupid question. I was wondering if anyone knew of any way to determine which matrix x/z coordinate an object is over? Any help will be very much appreciated.

thanks in advance,

TileX = object position x / TileSizeX
TileZ = object position z / TileSizeZ

Something along those lines

Why make sense when you could make brownies?

Thanks! I was trying to write a sculptor program in which you drove a sphere over a matrix, denting or raising it depending on which key you pressed. By the way, does anybody know how to make a spherical matrix?

Thanks again,

Thanks! I was trying to write a sculptor program. You would drive around an object and when you hit keys the matrix under the object would deform . By the way, does anybody know how to make a spherical matrix?

Thanks again,
