Ok , they are free to use in your games , and sell your games later , but When you sell your games , can you freely use the models of REAL guns and stuff for free or do you need to pay a license just for using real guns in your game?

Thats a very interesting point - in theory you'd have to get the permission from the manufacturers of the weapons if they are exact copies / contian trademarks in/on the name or texture. I'm pretty sure tgc wouldn't have asked permission from all the manufacturers and patent owners before releasing fpsc. Or perhaps the models are just "similar" and not copies, I can't remember I haven't booted up fpsc for a few months now. This is actually a question that needs to be addressed, potentially could be a legal problem for tgc.

erm no i would say there not free they come as the fpsc package to use iam sure tgc would tolerate the use of the models in other projects as long as you did not freely distrube the source eg the 3ds files because the only way you get to use the media is if your a fpsc user in the first place

Sorry you've all missed dodics point.
"do you need to pay a license just for using REAL guns in your game"

Ie just like FIFA games have to PAY A LISCENCE to use the names of the football players, and Gran Turismo games have to PAY A LISCENCE to use Ford, Nissan etc cars, games that use a Beretta weapon would have to PAY A LISCENCE to Beretta. If the models in your games have the names or deisgns of REAL WORLD weapons which in the real world have a trademark or patent on them, it illegal to sell that game without contacting Beretta first. Ditto "Colt" weapons, and many others.

Well aslong as it looks like the weapon but is not exact and u don't call it the real name then u should be ok. Look at Counter Strike:Source for example, they have the CV-47 instead of the AK-47. And the Night Hawk instead of the Desert Eagle, just change the name ang you'll be fine.

Yes thats exactly the way to do it

"And to freelty use theyr models (fpsc) ?"
It depends if the official models are named / labelled in the texture with the offica names or not. If they aren't you'll be fine, but I seem to remember they are. I may be wrong though its been months since I used fpsc...
